Consumers can exercise their rights under the legal guarantee, e.g. when the goods do not correspond to the description or do not function as intended. Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. In such cases, sellers must offer free repair or free replacement and, in certain cases, a price reduction or a full refund of the purchase price.
In some countries, a longer legal guarantee period applies. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.
What to do if you receive non-conforming goods? 1. Notify the seller of the problem as soon as possible. 2. Provide proof of purchase, e.g. the receipt, invoice or a bank statement.
Sellers and manufacturers can also offer commercial guarantees that apply independently of the legal guarantee.

Follow, remote, cruise, boost and manual pushing
Follow mode The trolley follows you and reduces the effort of transporting the bag. According to the user manual, it orients itself by the transmitter or remote control you carry. Test the follow function on open ground first.
Remote control Use the remote to drive the trolley forwards and steer it. The speed can be set to approx. 2 to 7 km/h. The remote range is up to approx. 70 m; always use the remote within line of sight.
Cruise control In cruise mode the trolley drives at a set, steady speed of approx. 1 to 7 km/h, for example on longer fairways or paths.
Boost assist Boost mode supports pushing and guiding, for example on inclines or longer paths. Steering remains manual.
Manual push mode Thanks to the quick-release function of the motor/wheel unit, the trolley can also be moved manually, for example with an empty battery, in tight areas or when loading.
The app (Android / iOS) offers additional control and settings options; according to the user manual these include status display and speed and follow settings. Actual range depends on terrain, surface, inclines, temperature, load, speed and the use of follow or remote functions.
Transport and dimensions
The trolley has two transport states, which should not be confused:
Folded normally: approx. 90 × 60 × 38 cm (L × W × H)
After quick release of the motor/wheel unit: approx. 62 × 59 × 30 cm (L × W × H), weight in this state approx. 10.35 kg (without battery)
Measuring tip for transport by car: before buying, measure the width, height and depth of your boot opening and of the usable load space and compare them with the dimensions of the transport state you need. Loading weight is not the same as dimensions; note the stated weight basis.

Follow the course rules of your golf club: the use of trolleys with follow or remote functions may be regulated differently depending on the golf facility or course area.
The trolley is used under the control of the player and is not an autonomous vehicle. It does not carry people, children or animals. It is designed for golf facilities and comparable private grounds, not for public road traffic.
Always keep the trolley within line of sight when using remote or follow modes, and test both functions on open ground first. In tight areas, around obstacles, on strong inclines or declines, guide it actively or support it manually.
Light rain is possible, but the trolley is not waterproof. Avoid deep water, standing water and heavy soaking; clean it after moisture, sand or dirt and store it dry.
Please test the device carefully and gently after receipt. Use under real-world conditions, for example on the golf course, may lead to a reduction in value if the product is returned.

Use only on suitable surfaces (e.g. golf courses and private grounds), not in public road traffic. Whether use is permitted on a given course depends on its local rules.

Keep children away: do not carry children, and children and young people may use the device only under supervision.
Lithium battery: use only the supplied or approved original charger and battery. Charge and store in a dry, well-ventilated place away from heat.
Do not use or charge a damaged battery (e.g. deformed, unusually hot, leaking or smelling) and do not open or damage it.
Before each use, check brakes, tyres, locks and fastenings. Stop using the device if anything is unusual.
