The GOOTER range includes eight electric golf mobility models: from the ride-on electric golf trolley with stand-up function, the remote-controlled golf trolley and the follow golf trolley with app control to the electric golf cart with seat, the self-balancing golf scooter and the 4-wheel golf scooter with seat and standing function.

For our golf scooters (E-CadPro, BalancePro, Ecad SeatStand 3.0, E-CadCruiser Pro), we coordinate repairs through partners, generally in your region.

Which trolley makes sense for whom?

If you are switching from a manual to an electric golf trolley for the first time, the E-CadOne or E-CadLight are a proven entry point. If you play hilly courses or deliberately no longer want to push your bag, choose a follow golf trolley. For longer distances or course operators providing mobility for several guests, the E-CadPro stand-up trolley or the E-CadCruiser Pro golf cart with seat is the right choice. If you want to switch flexibly between sitting and standing, choose the Ecad SeatStand 3.0 – the 4-wheel golf scooter with seat and standing function.

When will my GOOTER be delivered?

All models except the BalancePro (on request) are in stock. Delivery usually takes place within 7 business days, EU-wide.

Which payment methods are available?

Credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, buy on invoice with Klarna and prepayment by bank transfer. To buy on invoice, choose “Klarna” at checkout and then “Pay in 30 days”; Klarna approves the payment directly during checkout. With prepayment you receive our bank details after placing your order — after your payment arrives we usually deliver within 7 business days.

Are spare parts available?

Yes, spare parts are available. Service and repairs are coordinated through GOOTER — for our golf scooters through partners, generally in your region.

Which statutory warranty applies?

24 months statutory warranty for consumers under EU standards. Spare parts and service available through our support.

How far can I go on one battery charge?

It depends on the model: the E-CadPro manages up to approx. 60 km, the SeatStand 3.0 approx. 40–50 km, the E-CadCruiser Pro at least approx. 25 km off-road (up to approx. 45 km on flat ground), and the E-CadLight Carbon Remote and the E-CadOne up to approx. 20 km. The E-Cad Follow App Pro reaches up to 45 holes, the E-CadFollow Light up to 36 holes and the BalancePro up to approx. 35 km. Figures depend on terrain, load, temperature and driving style.

Is the GOOTER allowed on every golf course?

Permission depends on the course rules. We recommend checking with your club.

How do I transport the GOOTER?

It depends on the model. With the E-CadPro, remove the battery and fold it up: folded approx. 105 × 54.3 × 39 cm (without battery), approx. 28 kg without battery. You will find the dimensions of the other models on the respective product page. Measure your boot beforehand.

Is the GOOTER suitable for hilly courses?

Yes, depending on the model: the E-CadPro handles gradeability of up to 20° (manufacturer specification), the E-CadLight Carbon Remote and the E-CadOne up to approx. 30° (manufacturer specifications). With the E-CadPro, the electronic brake and gyro stabilisation provide a secure hold. You will find the figures for the other models on the product pages.

What driving modes are there?

It depends on the model. The E-CadPro offers stand-up riding, e-trolley mode and auto-cruise (approx. 4 and approx. 6 km/h). You ride the SeatStand 3.0 and the E-CadCruiser Pro seated. The follow models follow you automatically and can also be steered by remote control.

Who is the GOOTER suitable for?

For all golfers who want more comfort, from casual players to tour golfers, especially on long, hilly or strenuous rounds.

Does the GOOTER replace trolley and cart?

Depending on the model, you can walk, push or ride.

Is the operation complicated?

No, all functions are self-explanatory. Only with the E-Cad Follow App Pro do you also steer via an app; the other models do not need one.
