Consumers can exercise their rights under the legal guarantee, e.g. when the goods do not correspond to the description or do not function as intended. Sellers are liable for any lack of conformity that existed at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within the legal guarantee period. In such cases, sellers must offer free repair or free replacement and, in certain cases, a price reduction or a full refund of the purchase price.
In some countries, a longer legal guarantee period applies. For second-hand goods, a shorter period may apply, but not less than one year.
What to do if you receive non-conforming goods? 1. Notify the seller of the problem as soon as possible. 2. Provide proof of purchase, e.g. the receipt, invoice or a bank statement.

Driving modes and app
In follow mode (press the follow button) the trolley drives behind you; the follow distance is approx. 0.5–4 m (default approx. 1.8 m). With the remote control you steer forward, backward, left and right using the joystick. In manual/push mode you guide the trolley yourself, and one-button recall brings it back to you in a controlled way. Cruise mode keeps driving straight ahead at a preset speed (it is not a follow mode); push assist provides motorised support when pushing, and steering remains manual.
The “icango” app shows speed, battery level, distance and error messages. In the settings you adjust, among other things, cruise speeds as well as follow distance and angle; there is also an in-app remote.
Battery, range and transport
The main battery is removable and charges in approx. 5 hours; the remote control is charged separately (approx. 2.5 hours). Actual range depends on terrain, surface, inclines, load, temperature, speed and use.
To transport, fold the trolley (one-click folding system), close the transport lock and secure the battery; store the remote control separately and protected from impact. Dimensions and weight are in the technical data – please measure your car’s boot beforehand.

Important notes
Please follow the course rules of your golf club; rules for follow trolleys may differ depending on the facility or course area. The trolley follows you but remains a device that the player actively supervises and is not an autonomous vehicle. It is designed for golf facilities, not for public roads.
Use only the supplied charger and do not open or damage the battery; if it swells or shows unusual heat, smoke or odour, stop using it immediately. After receipt, first test the follow and remote control functions carefully in an open area without players or obstacles; on slopes, use only with direct line of sight. Use under real-world conditions, for example on the golf course, may lead to a reduction in value if the product is returned.

Before first use, read and follow the user manual and all safety, warning and charging instructions completely.
Use only on suitable surfaces (e.g. golf courses and private grounds), not in public road traffic. Whether use is permitted on a given course depends on its local rules.
Observe the weight and maximum load stated in the product description and manual. Do not carry additional persons or animals.
Keep children away: do not carry children, and children and young people may use the device only under supervision.
Lithium battery: use only the supplied or approved original charger and battery. Charge and store in a dry, well-ventilated place away from heat.
Do not use or charge a damaged battery (e.g. deformed, unusually hot, leaking or smelling) and do not open or damage it.
Before each use, check brakes, tyres, locks and fastenings. Stop using the device if anything is unusual.
