Self-balancing 2-wheel system
The balance system stabilises the device while riding and supports intuitive operation. The low stance, the wide wheel base and the large off-road tyres provide a controlled riding feel on typical golf-course terrain. The BalancePro is an active mobility device and requires a short familiarisation. After delivery, test it carefully and gently in a safe environment first.
Carry your golf bag safely
The golf bag is attached to the side using the golf-bag mount. It must be firmly secured before every use. An even load distribution is important so the device remains stable and can be ridden in a controlled manner.
Power, battery and range
Range depends on battery, rider weight, golf bag, terrain, temperature and riding style. The removable battery is charged separately with the supplied charger (approx. 4 to 7 hours, depending on battery and charger). The values are listed under “Technical data”.
The BalancePro suits golfers who regularly play 18-hole rounds, cover longer distances or play on hilly courses and want more comfort than a classic trolley without needing a large golf cart. It is not ideal if you are looking for a particularly light, classic trolley to push or pull.

Spare parts are available. Service and repairs are coordinated through GOOTER. If a replacement unit is required under the statutory warranty, we will arrange it. For our golf scooters, we coordinate repairs through partners, generally in your region.
Observe the course rules of the respective golf club before use. Electric mobility devices may be restricted or subject to consent depending on the golf course. Clarify use with the club in advance.
The GOOTER BalancePro is designed for golf courses, private grounds and other suitable non-public areas. It is not approved for public road traffic.
After delivery, test the device carefully and gently in a safe environment.
For golf courses: purchase and rental model
Golf clubs and golf courses can offer the BalancePro to members and guests, provided the course rules allow it. It is also available as a rental model on request. How does it work?
The GOOTER BalancePro uses a self-balancing 2-wheel system. You ride standing up, and control is via body weight transfer and handlebar. Test the device in a safe environment before your first round on the course.
How do I charge the battery?
The battery is removable and is charged with the supplied charger from a standard household socket. Charging time is approx. 4 to 7 hours.
Is there a rental model for golf courses?
Yes, on request. The conditions depend on quantity, term, service scope, season model and availability. See “For golf courses” above for details.
What about service and spare parts?
Spare parts are available. Service and repairs are coordinated through GOOTER. For our golf scooters, we coordinate repairs through partners, generally in your region.
Before first use, read and follow the user manual and all safety, warning and charging instructions completely.
Use only on suitable surfaces (e.g. golf courses and private grounds), not in public road traffic. Whether use is permitted on a given course depends on its local rules.
Observe the weight and maximum load stated in the product description and manual. Do not carry additional persons or animals.
Keep children away: do not carry children, and children and young people may use the device only under supervision.
Lithium battery: use only the supplied or approved original charger and battery. Charge and store in a dry, well-ventilated place away from heat.
Do not use or charge a damaged battery (e.g. deformed, unusually hot, leaking or smelling) and do not open or damage it.
Before each use, check brakes, tyres, locks and fastenings. Stop using the device if anything is unusual.
